Enable offline files in Windows 11 or 10

In Windows 11 or 10, you can enable or disable the Offline Files feature. This feature helps save copies of files and/or folders from a network location to your local computer.

This can be useful for situations where you need to access files even when you are not connected to the network where the original files are located, such as when you are on the road or do not have constant network access.

Windows automatically keeps the copies of the offline files synchronized with the original files on the network once you reconnect to that network. This ensures that your local copies are always up to date.

You can then open and edit the offline files even when you are not connected to the network. This is useful for situations where you don't have access to the network but still want to work with your files.
