Dark mode is an additional mode that can be used to display primarily dark surfaces.
The dark mode design reduces the light emitted by the device's screens while maintaining the minimum color contrast ratios necessary for readability.
The advantage of dark mode is that it can significantly reduce eye strain. The screens can be adapted to current lighting conditions to increase user comfort at night or in dark environments.
In addition, the battery is saved, allowing the device to be used for longer without charging. If you use the Google search engine a lot, you can also apply a dark mode to it.
Enable dark mode in Google search engine
Open the Google Chrome browser and navigate to Google.com. Click on Settings at the bottom right.
Click Search Settings.
Click on display on the left and then on “Dark theme”. Click the Save button to save the dark mode settings in this browser.
You will now immediately see that dark mode is enabled for the Google search engine.
To directly enable or disable the dark theme, click on Settings and then click “Dark theme” on or off.
