Click on “Search” in the taskbar. In the search box type: internet options. Then click on the result.

Click on the “Programs” tab and then on the “Manage Input Applications” button.

Click on the “Learn more about toolbars and extensions” link at the bottom left.

And there is Internet Explorer. You can now use Internet Explorer on your Windows 11 PC.
