Bing Chat AI is available in the Microsoft Edge browser. You can chat with this bot via the Microsoft Edge browser.
If you access the Bing chatbot via another browser, such as Google Chrome, you will see a message “Chat mode is only available when you have access to the new Bing”. It is then advised to use the Microsoft Edge browser.
You can still use the Use Bing Chatbot without starting Microsoft Edge. It works in the following way.
If you use the Visits Bing Chat page, then a “user agent” is sent. This user agent tells the server which browser is being used. If we change this user agent to the Microsoft Edge user agent in the Google Chrome browser, the server will think that we are working with Microsoft Edge and we can use the Chat function of Bing AI.

In the “DevTools” click on the three vertical dots. In the menu, click on “More tools” and then on “network conditions”.
Disable the “Use browser default” option at the bottom right. Then select the following user agent from the list “Microsoft Edge (Chromium) – Windows”.
