A Apple-ID is basically your username for everything you do with your Apple Products. A AppleID you use in the iTunes Store, enable iCloud on all your devices, shop in the Apple Online Store, book reservation at Apple Retail Store, even for access to Apple Support website and more.
If you Appleyou are creating an ID Apple ask you if you would like to enter your credit card information for purchases with the Apple-ID.
There is a way to do one AppleID without adding a payment method on your Mac, iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch.
AppleCreate ID without credit card
New AppleCreate ID? If you have a new one apple If you want to create an ID without even setting up a payment method, then install your iTunes on your computer. Make sure to check your country settings in the iTunes Store.

A new window will open in iTunes asking you to sign in, or a new one AppleID to create. Select Create AppleID on.

For payment method, select None. That was it. You now have one Apple-ID created without payment details such as a credit card or PayPal.

If you want to delete the credit card or PayPal payment method, log in to your account as described above. Then change the payment details of bank, credit card or PayPal to none. Save your profile, your payment details via the Apple App Store and iTunes have now been removed.
