There is a way to do one AppleID without adding a payment method on your Mac, iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch.

A new window will open in iTunes asking you to sign in, or a new one AppleID to create. Select Create AppleID on.

Enter your details here, an email address with associated password and select your country as country. Click Continue.

Enter your personal details again and click Continue.

For payment method, select None. That was it. You now have one Apple-ID created without payment details such as a credit card or PayPal.

AppleRemove ID payment data

If you want to delete the credit card or PayPal payment method, log in to your account as described above. Then change the payment details of bank, credit card or PayPal to none. Save your profile, your payment details via the Apple App Store and iTunes have now been removed.
