You can add and connect to a hidden WiFi network in Windows. A hidden WiFi network is a router that disables SSID broadcasting.

Disabling the SSID signal ensures that the router does not broadcast the name of the wireless network, making it invisible to users. However, this only hides the name in device lists of nearby networks. You can still connect to it, but you need to know the exact SSID name.
