A Trusted Platform Module is a small chip on your computer's motherboard that provides hardware security features.
It is essentially a secure cryptoprocessor that can perform operations such as generating encryption keys and a mix of software and hardware-based authentication in a tamper-proof manner.
Modern commodity computers usually already have a standalone TPM chip soldered to the motherboard. However, not all computers have a TPM chip while it is a requirement to install Windows 11 Microsoft.
Does my computer have a TPM chip?
To check if your computer has a TPM chip on the motherboard, perform the following steps.
Right-click on the Windows start button. Click Run in the menu.
In the Run window type:
tpm.msc
A new “Trusted Platform module management” window will now open. In the status column you can immediately see whether a TPM chip is present or not.
If there is no TPM chip present according to the Trusted Platform module management, you may need to install the Enable TPM security option in BIOS. This is only possible if you are convinced that your computer does have a TPM chip, but Windows 10 reports that it is not installed.
Cannot find a compatible TPM on this computer. Verify that TPM 1.2 (or later) is installed on this computer and that TPM is enabled in the BIOS.
However, it is not possible for me to explain exactly how to activate the TPM settings in the BIOS. Every BIOS is different on every computer. It is best to boot to the BIOS with DEL or F2 and then activate the TPM chip in the security settings in the BIOS.
If a TPM chip is installed and activated, you will see the following message.
Windows computers with a TPM (Trusted Platform Module) offer enhanced security features. This module displays information about the computer's TPM and allows administrators to manage the device.
The TPM is ready for use

First and foremost, thank you.
I have a question, for example, if I want to install a CD-ROM or an update, the PC refuses with not allowed by the system administrator setting.
Previous CD, older software also gives the same message. This concerns officially purchased CD software. Would this be solved if not, I understand it is a security problem. But it's also about gimp and others
maybe it will also come later, it will be with the makers of the software
Hello, you can try these tips:

What may also help is to copy the software and place it on your computer, instead of loading it directly from the CD/DVD.
Success!
