The Settings app is the way to view all user account on your computer. You can delete an account in the account settings.
Open the settings. Click on “accounts” in the menu on the left and then on “Family and other users”.
In the “other users” column, click on the user account you want to delete. Confirm the deletion by clicking the “delete” button next to “Account and data”.
Deleting this person's account will delete all of this person's data from the PC, including desktop items, downloads, documents, photos, music, and other files. If this data is not backed up or saved to another location, such as another PC, this data will be lost.
If you are sure you want to proceed with deleting the account, click “Delete account and data”.

Delete Windows 11 account via Control Panel
The Control Panel provides access to most settings on your computer. You can also delete a user account via the control panel. The advantage is that it allows you to still keep certain files in folders and only delete the account.
Open Control Panel. Then click on “User Accounts”.
Click on the “Delete user accounts” link.
Choose the user you want to delete. Make sure you choose the right account.
Click on “Delete the account”.
You now have two options. You can keep the desktop contents and folders, documents, pictures, favorites, music, pictures, and videos from this account. The content is created on your desktop with the name of the account. To do this, click on “save files”. The account will then be deleted, but the contents of the above folders will first be saved to your desktop.

If for some reason you only have access to a Command Prompt, you can also delete an account in Windows 11.
Open a Command Prompt as administrator. In the Command Prompt type:
net users
To view all accounts on the computer. Remember the user name. Then type:
net user <gebruikersnaam> /delete
You have now permanently deleted the account via Command Prompt.
