App or program delayed startup in Windows 11 or 10

When you perform an installation in Windows, an app is installed. Most apps add themselves to the launch apps. That means when you start Windows, the app is also started afterwards.

Starting apps during Windows startup is possible Windows slows down significantly. Especially if many apps are started while Windows is loading. Windows will then try to install the essential apps and services to load and then also have to start third-party software.

If you want to determine for yourself whether an app is started with Windows, it is an idea to start this app with a delay. This means that an app will only be started after a period of time that you set yourself. To do this you need to create a task via task scheduler. This is how it works.
