Right-click the Start button and then click Run. In the run window type: compmgmt.msc

You can also open this same “compmgmt.msc” file via a Shell. If you open a shell like Port, PowerShell of Command Prompt and you type the command:

compmgmt.msc

then Computer Management will open immediately.
